If the "No Standing in the Chapel" sign doesn't tip you off, the bronze statue of St. Josemaria Escriva will: The Catholic Info Center is an Opus Dei joint. Lest anyone think it was planted on powerful K St. to peddle sub rosa influence, the center was in the neighborhood long before Opus Dei took it over and fancied it up.

The small chapel fills nearly to capacity for 12:05 Mass, so arrive early. You wouldn't want to be caught standing :).

Also the CIC offers many cultural and educational events and incorporates a pretty comprehensive store that sells books, videos, cards and religious articles.
